Where are you located?
Locally owned and operated, Panther Self Storage is Reno's premier self-storage. We are located at 777 Panther Drive in Reno, Nevada 89506. We’re right off US-395 at exit 72. We are right down the street from the Maverik Gas Station. Visit our facility page for more specific directions from your location. We’re conveniently located near a number of locations, including the University of Nevada – Reno, the Truckee Meadows Community College, the Bonanza Casino, and the Amazon Fulfillment Center. What are your office hours?
We’re here to serve you every day of the week! Please see the home page for current hours. You won’t find that sort of service at any other location in Reno, so don’t hesitate to store with us!
What are your access hours?
When you store with Panther Self Storage, you’ll get the convenience of 24/7 access to your unit. That means you can get to your belongings on your own time, not ours! Extended access also means you can get to your boat trailer or RV for an early morning trip and return when you get back late on Sunday. Call us for more information. 775-372-4287.
Where can I get a truck for my moving day?
Right here, of course! When you move into your unit we’ll allow you to use our moving truck free of charge. Some restrictions do apply so please contact our friendly office staff for complete details.
Where can I buy moving and packing supplies?
In our office, that’s where! We carry a variety of boxes, tape and wraps for different items, and anything else you might need to complete your project.
What security measures does Panther Storage provide?
We’re glad you asked. Security is very important to us, just as it is important to you. Our manager lives on the property. We employ perimeter fencing, gated entry and exit, dozens of video cameras with 24-hour video recording devices to keep you and your belongings safe during their stay on our property. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask our manager.
What is your refund policy?
Per our rental agreement Panther Self Storage does not prorate rent upon termination of the month to month rental agreement. Panther Storage shall refund only full months prepaid rent within twenty-one (21) days.
